new brighton state beach skunk

went out to new brighton today to get skunked the other day weather has been really crappy...just moved to this area recently from los angeles still trying to learn how to fish halibut and striper from the surf if anybody has any help tips for me it would be very helpful....many reports and pics too come

Throw kastmasters krocs swimbaits hair raisers white or yellow and chart. Look for birds crashing water. Bait balls etc.
