    Default Castaic 8/1010 and 8/1110

Finally had the chance to get out and go fishing took the kids for a couple of days of relaxing and fishing.
First day was more of trying to find the fish since it's ages that been there so we cruise around and end up at the booye line

it was a slow pick but we got a few the wind was kicking pretty hard and the anchor with not hold so we took off and looked for another spot .

this is where we got the most but there just schoolies

Day two look for more spots and found them they were again schoolies but they were wiling to bite and keep the boys busy LOL
lots of double hookups and some triples and at least on quadruple hookup .

caught over 4 limits but only kept about 2 limits let the rest go to grow bigger

Nice job, you guys have been tearing them up... Little note on releasing to grow bigger, Take as many as allowed, these units are probably in the two year old range and if not kept in check they whey eat themselves out of the lake, then well end up with the skinny starving striper that places like mead and pyramid have, as they say here... Kill Kill Slay Slay...

Hey Shawn, great to see you and the kids getting on so many fish. I was there last Saturday and the schoolies we caught were a lot smaller, I think they were kindergardeners. Good to see you guys are still fishing. Tell your bro I said hello and that the boat is still floating.
