Aqueduct Wednesday 8/4/2010 - Skunked

The skunk running down the road in front of us for about 500 yards as we headed out to the Aqueduct above Mettler turned out to be a sign of how the fishing was going to be - bad. We got started before 5am and fished until about 10:30am. Not only were we skunked, but we only had one legitimate bite. We fished chicken liver and bloodworms and a variety of lures for nada.

Water was flowing pretty well, was a little dirtier than last Friday and there was a lot more moss to deal with.

Unfortunately, I caught that big boy on 7/30 so it was early, but I am signed up just in case.....
