Default More Tuna on the Beach???

Heard rumor that someone found a yellowfin on the beach, still alive, in HB or something like that. Anybody know anything about that one?

It was in Western Outdoor News. Read about it this morning at work. Some beach patrol guy was driving his rounds and seen a big fish flopping at the surf line and it was a big yellowtail. He picked it up and threw it in his truck.

    Wow...

Who needs fishing poles & hooks when all you have to do is put on your flip flops and slather the sun tan lotion and patrol the beach!

I was surfing when this happened and i thought of taking the fish BUT i wasnt sure it was legal so i didnt do it. i talked to the lifeguard and he let me hold it and id say it was about 25-30lbs. EASY. Maybe cause the waters warming up?
