    Fresh Tuna, WSB or ?

If you are eating some crappy fish like Carp, Tilapia, Sand bass then batter it, oil fry, cover the flavor with spices.

And do not forget Lemon and Tarter Sauce.

Tilapia is the most over rated fish in So Cal. Go to Ports O Call in San Pedro and every latino family is eating Tilapia.
Why do they think it is so great ? Frozen Tilapia from Thailand. Barf.

You're right DR! I don't know why we eat it so much. I love deep fried Tilapia, it's so bomb! I remember growing up, every Friday during lent we would go out and have dinner. Me and my dad would have a fried 'mojara', my mom her 'coctel de camorones' or 'camarones a la diabla' and my sisters their 'tostadas de ceviche'. To this day, I still go to a Mexican restaurant on Fridays during lent and order a 'mojara'... What were we talking about??? Oh yeah, why do we like it so much? Umm... It's cheap! HAHAHA!

the problem with the farmed tilapia, is all they ate were algae pellets..

if they fed them kelp instead, they would taste BOMB!
