    Default Spicy potatoes

I hodgepodged this together last night as I was thinking up a different potato dish to go with my steak. Perfect for one, can adjust for more.

    1 potato, sliced
    1/4 onion, sliced
    1/4 pack of mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 stick butter
    Seasoned salt/seasoned pepper
    Chili or red pepper flakes

On a piece of foil, put all ingredients on it, then make the foil into a package (make sure the edges are sealed well to prevent butter leakage).
Place in a preheated oven at 400 degrees (make sure the side with the edges face upwards) and cook for 35-40 mins.
Be VERY careful when unfolding the package as some steam will escape.

Theres not enough room for Bacon in a hodgepodge , ha ha , But really sounds good as potatoes are my favorite food . I'll give this a try on my B.B.Q. outside . YUM
