Here is my favorite recipe for blackened white seabass.
These spices are to be put in to your liking.

Season All Salt,
Garlic-dehydrated,
Fresh Cracker Pepper ,
No Salt Italian Seasoning,

then you mix and pat it on each side,
Fry it in salted butter,
1 tsp each side untill blackened,
then add butter and start basting untill done.
