Tried to fish at Castaic with the family.

I took my family out to Castaic fishing Yesterday.

Had fun with the Lake Lice and the Lifeguards before I got to fish.

I anchored up on some good marks in Elizabeth Canyon only to have the fish abandon the spot.

Moved down the lake 50 yds and tried again. By this time it was about 7:00. The fish stayed this time and we caught 2 schoolies on really light bites before we had to head home. I got one and my wife got one. She had a good time bringing in her first striper! She wouldn't pose for a picture. I think her hair was messed up.

The day wasn't what we were expecting but my family and I wound up having a good time fishing together.
