    Default ? for duct fisherman near bakersfield

    will be going to bakersfield on jun. 20 for fathers day.will have a couple hours in early morning to try to fish for stripes.my ? is,where is the quickest area to fish from off the 5 freeway?can't be too far cause only a few hours to fish. thanks for any replies!

    The quickest spots would be I-5 north to 166 west (just past the I-5/hwy99 split) and the duct is there within a couple of miles. Use google satellite view maps and there are many access points through the orange groves.This is the least detour amount going from LA to Bako. You didn't say which way you are going though.

    in the next 5 or 6 days il reply to you with the best BAKO spot ,IMO,and best tactick for that spot !!!.

    Doing a few days of recon out there over the next few days trying to get a handle on it right now,,,,

    Been out of DUCT action for a while,,,BUT now its time to RETURN to my 2nd wife<THE DUCT,,lol
