    Default San Antonio 5-28

Headed out to San Antonio with Dan, Dad, and newcomer Josh. Got on the water at 6am after leaving Bako at 3am. Started the troll and did not get hit till 8am. It was hit and miss for the rest of the day. Ended up with 9 in the boat, 3 break offs on 20lb line, and 5 short strikes on the teasers. What a great day! Got my PB on a 9lb 11oz toad. Thanks to CB and T/O for all the pointers and advise except for CB's advise about going into the coves, LOL. That one cost me two rigs and a pole. Snapped my dads 30 year old saltwater pole when I tried to free it from the underwater structure. OH well, guess I'll have to go shopping again. That was a great way to start the trolling season. Too bad I won't be able to go again until after the baby gets here (due June 18th). After that I'll have to play it by ear. If your looking to hook up on these bad boys you need to book with T/O the master!!!!

Nah, seriously great job out there guys. I was in suspense all day. I know I bugged callin ya all the time. But like TB says, us striper junkies got it bad.. and I had to get my fix. It made it tolerable just knowing you guys were landing good fish

You guys slayed and thats all that counts. Sorry about the broken gear.
