    Default 05-10 at the Lagoon

    Fished Castaic Lagoon on Monday afternoon for a few hours. The wind was going pretty good which made dropshotting very rough and with all of the cloud cover it was a text book day for some spinnerbait fishing. I landed a dink in the beginning and switched up some different color combos and started landing some pigs and a nice size crappie.

    The same spinnerbait that was catching the bass. Its not the first time Ive caught a good size crappie with a spinnerbait at that lake either.

    Nothing like fishing the Goon or any good bass lake on a weekday. It can really pay off.
