    Yellowfin tuna because they're my favorite to eat. Sorry halibut, you're good to eat too and more readily accessible, but you can't compare to a good piece of seared ahi.

    I really like Red Snapper when it is prepared, Al Mojoro...YUMMM!
    For catching, Dorado, they jump like crazy when first hooked up!
