Default Three Kings & Two Ace's

Mild downhill current, med. micro weed ,but workable.
Water is warming up,and wished the waves were not so high
and often in the sets Would have gone for Halibut
in a different area !!! All fish caught between 6.30am. and
11am. Bite died about 1030am, and consequently left the area!!!
ALL fish were C&R.ed safe and sound !!!

    Th 15 Low 4:49 AM -0.4 6:23 AM Rise 6:43 AM 0
    15 High 11:04 AM 3.6 7:25 PM Set 9:03 PM
    15 Low 4:11 PM 1.4
    15 High 10:26 PM 5.5

Notice the morning low forcast !!
    Th 15 Low 4:49 AM -0.4 6:23 AM Rise 6:43 AM

This was a stressing thing to me because I knew, to go to the low
tide "Boiler" spot at this time and tide seemed like a no brainer to
me since experiencially in similiar conditions there was never a
skunk !!! BUT !!! Never caught anything over 11inches there either !!! Decided to fish the -0.4 6:23 AM tide at the open beach
piggy spot instead of the Boiler !!!
1/2 oz c-rigged egg sinker with red crack did the trick
    by throwing into
some holes. No real troughs to be found at this time
Guess it was a good thing to try the open beach at the low anyways,
since I figured I could do a little re-con also to get position for the
15 High 11:04 AM 3.6 tide !!! Worked out for good after all

    First Ace

Now I have to confess that one baby did come out but was released with the
    Mama swimming !!!

    Second Ace

10in. or about, I call a King, Close to 13 I call an Ace !!!
For the sake of Poker comparisions I call that a "Full House"
Actually caught more than three tens though !!!

Great job on the prego's dude!
We had the same problem with big girls ready to drop (Noticed your white spot). It was damn near impossible to even cradle the girl to take the hook out before they started giving birth. We kept saying "Oh Crap" and scrambled to get the whole clan back into the water. I'm not really sure if the babies survive though. Oh well....what can ya do?
I too have been monitoring the temps and they have been on the steady rise with the SW swell starting to dominate over the NW swell which is a great sign of good things to come very soon. 60 degree temps are even steady all of the way up to SB county......Even the grunion are starting to show!!

Once again......Great job on the full hand!

Nice job on the piggy's again!

Even though one got released on the beach, the little guy and mom went back in the water for the future!

Looks like those perch are ready to burst! Not to worry on the babies, those fish reproduce like rabbits .
