Thanks for the replies. I may be confused reference the "m" street dock. I do know this, if you approach the end of Balboa on Newport Blvd, it comes to a Y in the road. I stayed to the left (harbor side) and found the dock about 1/4 - 1/2 down from there.
I tried to resize the pic with my computer, taking it down to 50/50. Ill try the link you provided - Thanks!
