Default First duct striper, first striper

Fished the Duct today near the 5 frwy and the 138 with the KPN skinny shad and got my first duct striper. The wind was really blowing today and it was freezing. The gates were open a little and the flow was weak. The fish hit the lure hard but the fight was over pretty quick, lazy fish. Man my buddy and I have been hitting the duct hard recently and it felt really good to finally get one. Those KPN lures really feel great, cast awesome and do the trick on those stripers. I need to open a account with a different pic hosting site. heres a link

Nice going. Duct stripers are pretty aggressive but there is a lazy one every once in awhile.
