    Default NPH Quickie 3-28

Hit NPH last night for a quickie. Fished for about 1 1/2 hours from 6 - 7:30 First spot for nothing. Next spot got a small spottie on my second cast on chart/green AA grub. Made my way down the boardwalk for nothing until about and 45 mins later. Got another small spottie on orange/black flake AA grub. Wanted to keep fishing but the battery in my headlamp was dead. Sorry no pics, forgot camera. Going to head out again this week for an all day search mission.

That head lamp is a valuable tool. Had a similar experience. Now I carry spare batteries.

Well boys! When you get older even the Headlamp won't help and you also need to get some of those magnifing things that wrap around you ears! Better for you all as I am being stubborn and just go home!

Nothing beats the vibration from the tails of those AA grubs. Nice work!
