assorted rock fish w/hush puppies

i used zatarans fish fry seasoning.
put fish into a ziplock bag with seasoning and shaked around til coated.
then put into peanut oil. u can use any oil if u want.
the picture above is the end result and it was very tasty.



the hush puppies are from a resturaunt in NC when i was there last year.
but u can always use the recipe i have in the post seafood recipes there
