Newport landing

Hey guys,
i haven't had a chance to go fishing in a while, but i know the yellows are biting. I might get a chance to go this weekend, but potentially on a private boat. Has anyone fished on the newport boats in the past few days? they have had some great fishing at SCI, but any idea where?

My friend fished the dreamer there yesterday and there was no bite to speak of.....

any info you can share would be awesome.

the fish are scattered all over the island, the main thing that you have to remember is the newport landing boats have huge bait tanks for chumming power. It makes a big difference. But you should still do ok and have a great time.

I agree. Bigger boats have bigger bait tanks for more chum. Plus you dont have to clean it when your done.
