    Default Trout Dropshot rods??

    I wanna buy a new Trout dropshot rod but for a reasonable price. Any ideas?? I have never bought a trout dropshot rod so im not really sure what to get? Thanks.....

    With that kind of budget you are going to have to buy used because everything that is somewhat decent starts at more then that. Browse the classifieds and keep your eyes open.

    here i did the hard shoping part for you. it took me all of 3 minutes. shimano clarus CSS70UL2A copy that into google and click on shopping results and they range from 69.99-79.99. its a 7' ultra light 2-8lb fast action rod. perfect for dropshotting because the clarus line of rods run a little on the stiff side.

    i would go with a diawa spinmatic 802ulfs but if you are not into 8 footers go with the 702ulfs. these are the best 40 buck rods on the market and diawa stands behind there products... like shimano

    blackwater makes some pretty affordable rods from 7'2" to 9 feet long. excellent for jigging. they range in price from $135 to $150
