I also like Hayabusas and Decoy makes some pretty great stuff.

I like daitchi hooks too.
+1 for Owner too. Although I do keep a few Mustad's in the tackle box for other reasons too.

Gamakatsu all the way! Basically all I use, since they have so many different hooks that work perfectly for bass fishing and they are high quality. Owners are good too!

Salt: Used to be a premium hook kinda guy, but now I fish mostly Mustads and ring them myself if need be. For really heavy stuff, I am partial to Hyabusa (sp?).
Fresh: no preference really, for me it's really mostly avoiding the generic crap and pre-strung junk.
