Default late report 1/24 shadow cliffs 13lb full fin hard fighting trout!

i had a late start today i had to go eat with the family. i arrived at the lake at 2! got all my gear together then headed straight towards the back side of the lake and positioned myself up wind to drift to cover a lot of water. i was jiggin power worms then tapp tap set the hook to late the fish was gone. then i notice my other pole was bendo fish on the fish did a suicide leap 2feet out of the water a couple mins later landed a nice 2lb hookjaw i felt good that i got the skunk off my back! it was slow after this until i decided to pull up next to a batch of tullies i cast out jig jig slammed like train i knew this fish was big from the hook set after a quick run she turned the other way and leaped out of the water she couldnt manage to jump out of the water fully but the belly flop she made said it all i saw how big she was i knew i had back off on the drag cause i was on some 2lb this fish ran like a champion after a 25 min battle she was in the nets reach i land her in the net head first she didnt even fit in my net! i asked the guys on the 1st dock if they had a scale lucky they had one it was on the 12lb mark when i got home i weighed myself then weighed myself with the fish again it came out to 13lb diffrence =) thanks to the guys that where on that dock that took the pics of this beauty for me i need to get myself a digital scale that was it for the rest of the day!
and then there are the pictures.

mr. hookjaw got lockjaw on my line!
