Not sure if it's all Turner's but I'd think it is.

I was in there today picking up some plastics and I glance over at the reels, see yellow tags on some of them. Ok, guess they're on sale, lets look at the UL spinning reels.

Mitchell Avocet II for $10.90 ? Must be a mistake..

I call over the store clerk (who says he reads these boards btw) and he tells me they're making room for next years models, and these are last years models.

Well well, lots of good deal to be had. Nothing wrong with my new little reel for $10 for sure !

So if anyone needs anything, there are a few nice UL and low profile bass reels going for good deals.. Sorry, I didn't get a good look at the casting reels on sale, but I know they have some great deals out at the moment.
