    Default Great day on DVL with the boy

    Took a 12 year old out to catch his first bass on Wednesday. Cold and wet but worth every bit of it. His smile says it all. Went with a buddy (Thanks for all the help Erik!) and he shared his best spot with Shane and I. Caught these on a drop shot worm in about 20 feet just as the rain started. Shane caught the big one and Erik caught the smaller one. I just got in the picture and drove the boat. Great day on the water and got a new angler hooked for life I think.

    5.84 pounder..........that is dandy for sure. The other one is nice as well. Great job fellas.
