Could you please post which turners you went to, the stores near me don't have much in the ul rods. Thanx

The Turners Covina had a pretty good selection last time I was there but that was a few months ago. I quit going there, cant handle the idiots that work there.

My favorite spinning rod is a 7 year old California purchased at the Fountain Valley store. A few weeks ago they replaces a broken tip in the store as I waited. I bought a 7' trout rod this year and it casts great! In my opinion the new management/store personnel has been night and day; it's now night. THAT''S why I patronize Mahi Tackle in Fountain Valley now. The guys there FISH and the prices are lower than the big shops (!).
