    sorry bro. i think all phenix rods are real good . but gloomis came out with a new line of trout rods a 7,2 and a 7,6 ''tsr901-2'' for jiggin check them out

    This is a new Phenix blank called the Mirage made from Magna Fibers. It's more durable than the graphite, and is insanely thin. These will retail $149-$199. 12 models available and they should be out in a few weeks.

    its a cool concept. the blank at the tip is really really thin in diameter. i just dont like how "whippy" it is. its like a 4' kencore at the top.

    ive seen the rod in person. its rated 1-9lb and its pretty whippy. you can just about tie the tip in a knot.
