I need to try bait and wait with anchovies or sardines sometime. People always seem to catch some pretty nice striper on them! Is this report from today or 3 months ago? The title is wrong if it is from today.
Do you Carolina rig the anchovies?

from ur pictures it looks like ur fishing the castaic lake from the dam i belive because u see the tower thats on main lake if i am not mistakin??
