    Looks great.

You should add some Parr marks for ultra realism.

http://calfish.ucdavis.edu/files/59707.jpg ---see those blotches on the side of those smolts?

Use some kind of blue/gray to make the parr marks, it should really add to it

I think they could also benefit from a nice grassy green.

    What kind of hooks?

they look very nice, I would use em!

Thanks for the suggestions. I put Owner Stinger trebles 3X size 2 for the front hooks and owner tournament trailer size 4 for the rear hooks.

No I haven't got a chance to try them out yet. That will be the real test. We'll see what happens.

    Those look like Congo Punkers!

    That's a great job.

Those look a lot like Lunker Punkers, so how do they walk? Got any vids of the baits in action?

Also, how did you affix the hooks into the bait (two pieces of balsa glued over a harness, just screwed the hook eyes in, etc)?

In any case, those are killer looking baits and should fool a lot of big bass.

I just used the screw in eyes. I haven't had a chance to test them out yet to see how they walk. When I take them out I will get some video.
