    Just found this report where the expectation for 2010 was over 62m in license revenue. 1/3 of that is earmarked for hatcheries and fish stocking... having read this, I'm a little pissed off.

    I think I'm going to call the DFG again tomorrow and see if I can speak to someone who can answer where the money went for fish plantings.
