I'm using a pair of dive fins that I bought from Sport Chalet for $70. They are more long than they are wide for maximum thrust. The problem with longer fins is they will kick your *** on a long outing.

You guys are very creative! I used to have an ODC 1018 all locked and loaded like you guys have your tubes. Now that I mostly fish from my boat, I keep it simple when tubing...Only the bare neccessities.
here is my Outlaw Escape with my one rode holder strapped on!

Fins? Try the Force Fins. I was tubing lake crowley and this old guy was using them and he past by me like I was standing still. I tried to keep up with him and could not. He was not even working them hard. I had the standard fins that came with a Caddis tube. I will be getting the Force Fins when I buy a new set for sure.

Force fins are the way to go IMHO. I have these and Hot Spots, and by far I work half as hard to cover the same ammount of water when wearing the force fins. They are expensive though.
