Thread: treble hooks guard

    Default treble hooks guard

I saw someone with some kind of plastic piece that plug into the treble hooks preventing them getting tangle in the box. Does anyone know where i can get them?

    Thanks.

I think they are called treble caps or something like that. Most tackle shops should carry them. Not sure if any specific company makes them but I've seen them by Owner and also by off brand names too.

Those things are great for keeping the hooks from tangling each other in your tackle box. Every one of my (many) spoons and plugs has Hook Bonnets on the hooks.

    They're called hook bonnets.
I use them, sometimes I like to tie lures on before I leave the house and I don't want them to get caught on the headliner or the seats or on anything else. Bass Pro in Rancho has them over near the Saltwater section. It's a variety pack for $10.99
