    Default Water Around Spark Plugs

We were working on the motor when my dad noticed some water around the spark plugs. Then we took the top spark plug all the way out to test if it was leaking water. It was shoot a small mist of water out. I don't know what it is and if it is a problem. Motor seems to be working fine.

Uh oh. Maybe it's leaking water in the combustion chamber. I read something about this but don't know where. Ask a mechanic shop or just call them and they should be able to tell you something.

We might call some place or maybe have it checked out.

Was the engine running? Are you sure it was water not Gas?

If it is water, its a blown head gasket or intake manifold

The engine was running. I am pretty sure it was not gas because it did not have the texture or smell of gas.

Pull the spark plug from the suspected cylinder.
If it looks super clean compared to the other ones, you might have a head gasket that's leaking water into that cylinder

    Is the motor running good?
I had this happen to an Evinrude in the past.
When it first started to happen, I would have an intermittent miss until the leak got big enough, not allow that cylinder to fire.

When checked, the compression was low on that cylinder.

    Hopefully yours is nothing

All of the plugs have some water around them. It is not just one of them. It was running well today and then it ran pretty well on the water last week.

IDK might be the water jacket I suppose? Is there any rust on the plugs? Man seems to be a problem now....
