Kastmaster questions...

As the title states, i have a couple questions about kastmaster lures, first, what size and color should i be using if i were fishing for lake trout? Next question, is there a certain way to tie it on to make it more effective? Thanks again for the help, more question will probably come after a few answers

I use a 1/8 oz silver/blue or plain gold or silver for trout, you really can`t go wrong with kastmasters try out all the colors and sizes and have fun with them.You can catch all types of species with them .....Btw palomar knot is what i usually use.

I have an assortment from 1/4 to 3/8. Gold and chrome are always good to have. Size to use will depend on if your fishing from a boat or from shore. If it's shore go a little heavier say 3/8 to help you cover more water. Palomar will do for knot.

I mainly use 1/8oz. in gold or silver. I like to use the silver on bright sunny days and gold in the morning or overcast.
