    Default Sarl 9/30

    Decided to hit up the evening session at SARL for my last catfish trip of the season. Bought some shrimp at the local Filipino market. Had my poles set up at Chris's pond by 6pm. After 10 minutes I caught my first cat which was about a pound a half. For the next 2 hours it was wide open. All the catfish were between 1-2lbs. All fish caught on shrimp, c-rigged style. Me and my buddy had our limits by 9pm. This was actually our first time we caught more than 3 catfish total this season. What a great way to end the season. Word.

    Shrimp was the ticket for the cats when we were there as well.......

    Glad to hear it was WIDE OPEN on the cats...... limits by 9:00PM is GREAT! CONGRATULATIONS!

    I know there was a lot of fish put into Chris's Pond prior to our event and it's nice to see them on the bite still!
