    Thats cool. I guess I am a picky eater. From the one pic. the eye of the fish looked clear. So , I guess I would of had to been there.

    i remember 83 el nino. fishing the bubble hole in kings harbor. we caught some nice yellow tail that day. A funny thing that happened when i was fishing that day, i had some bait out and i was reaching in the cooler for a beer and had my rod clutched to my chest, i guess the boat had turned 180 degrees, and wham i got hit and that fish pulled me right over the bench seat onto my back.

    from what ive heard, redondo pier was always the best chance for a landlocked angler to catch some yellowtails..
