Ok Chris. I'll be waiting. If you see all the water going out really fast , run for higher ground as fast as you can

I was going to be camping in Carpinteria today. Good thing I didn't, but the wave is only supposed to be minor.

Might head down to one of the South Bay beaches to check it out. My uncle in Honolulu just called, and he told me the lifeguards told everybody to get off Waikiki Beach earlier. He left and said that the lifeguards seemed more on edge than past tsunami warnings.

    I hope nothing happens.

As the water recedes, be sure to bring a pair of pliers and liberate all them Lucky Craft 110s stuck in the rocks.....then run, run fast, like Troutman65 when there's a sale on Tri-Tip in the supermarket.
