    Default Walk to fight obesity

As we all know this is a big problem in this country. I am so proud of my wife who has not only fought and won this fight, but is now fighting to help others. Here's a chance to help. Any contribution would help. she is doing a walkathon at ventura on october 17th

you could always purposely infect yourself with a tapeworm for the easy way.

    *donates raw pork*

seriously though, its great that people are getting off their arses and fighting the damaging effects of high fructose corn syrup. Alot of people dont realize how difficult it is to find foods that dont contain HFCS. Corn syrup is cheaper than sugar, and way less healthy. Your body can easily metabolize sugar, but it runs into problems with corn syrup, and ends up storing it instead. Ive been seeing alot of people losing impressive amounts of weight, and i am DAMN proud of you guys.
