Default Private Lake: Finally a Decent Fish.

After going through 30-70 fish sessions the last couple of weeks on 1-3# fish, I finally landed a couple nicer fish.

No need for a guide at this place. The fish are hungry and STUPID. By the way, it is a private community lake (much like a park lake). Only if the fish bit this well everywhere else. For example, I made 14 casts with a vibration bait and caught 14 fish. I've never caught a vibration bait fish anywhere else other than Puddingstone.

I didn't weigh the fish, but she was long and skinny. Well over 20". She felt about 5.5 - 6#.

I noticed a big swirl near some lilly pads, through my lipless crank and wham! Good times. However, I am so sick of this place. Too easy and all the fish are long and skinny year round.

Hey Troutman, if you just cut back by two 12 packs a month, you too could afford DSL, thereby avoiding dial-up lag entirely!
