I need help with creating my new avatar!

Here is the picture I want to use





I have tried resizing it on my paint shop photo program and even photobucket.. I tried uploading the downsized version of this using the url from photobucket but I get an error message here on FNN!

If someone can get the pic downsized for me that would be great and send it to my email!
