    im not sure where frog rock is but we can use the kayaks and i will try this out tomorrow when im there. thanks for the info.

    frog rock i believe is the large rock on the shorebreak east of long point looks like a frog squting

    find spots that have kelp nearshore. Some toad calicos in those spots.
