    Default Lopez Lake

    Not sure if this would go in the NoCal or SoCal General Message forum, but Im posting it here anyways. I am heading up to San Luis Obispo mid-August with some friends and I figured I would go hit up Lopez or Santa Margarita. Based on the reports Ive been reading, Lopez seems to be the way to go. In that case, I was wondering if you guys could help me out....never been there before, and I'm probably going to target the bluegill, crappie, but first the largemouth. Any pointers/suggestions are appreciated. Thanks guys.

    Id say marg is hotter overall than lopez but if you do head to lopez try fishing the docks and along the shorelines. Fished there last summer and nailed um on senkos and dropshot roboworms.
