    Don't hold your breath

It's going to take time and water so don't get too anxious, next March was the date thrown out there but I'd bet it will be closer to Mid 2010.

    Default Reality Check

The board of regents have not been sitting around with their heads stuck in the sand. Both Johnny Mountain and Dallas Raines have predicted an El Nino' condition and the arrival of the dorado on the local paddies confirm it.

Why spend all the money to extend the ramp when the pumps are on again and we are going to get many inches of rain this winter? The board is not going to allow this to happen with such a budget crisis and the Austrian in the cat bird's seat.

One thing they should consider is getting Ronnie Kovach back on the payroll. His show followers have ruined the wiper fishing at Elsinore.

Looks like all the fishing is runed at lake Elsinore due to the hot weather we have had for the past 2 weeks. You guys relize how many fish that died could have fed the homeless and poor people?
