That 4.8 is a workhorse and one of the best fuel efficent gas savers in the Silverado line...IMO
Having worked for GM for over 20 years, when it comes to trucks, I've owned nothing but Silverado's & Hummers.....
I now have a Silverado 4WD HD2500 6.0 Vortec and it's by far the best truck I've ever owned.
Perfect for surf fishing trips to Pismo!

She's my baby! I park far apart from cars so they dont bump their doors on mine. I have VIP Parking at work too so they dont bang my truck. I just named her "my baby"
