    Agreed! Please bring back the nicer grade fish.... The trout of the 08-09 season were much smaller in comparison to the 07-08 season. Tough to swallow paying 22 bucks at the door to catch fish not much larger than your average DFG stocker.

    The cats also this season have not had the nice average size of last year. Plenty of volume though. So it really depends on whether you like an easy limit or you want a few of the nicer grade fish. I of course like the nicer grade but its nice when taking out buddies or kids who are not accomplished fisherman to be able to keep em busy realing in the 1-2 lbrs.
