I own rentals and have guys I can vouch for. They are HONEST, do great work and most important of all are PROFESSIONALS! Not people who say they can do a job, but really are not very skillful. Someone I want to recommend to you is Todd Koetter. He builds custom homes. No job too big or too small. If you have ever been to Diamond Valley Lake, his father is at the front taking your entrance fee and handing you the lake info. Also a great guy to get DVL fishing info from. He lives near DVL, but has gone as far as my Woodland Hills house for a renovation. I can suggest electricians and plumbers as well. I have been through a lot of fraudulent workers before finding these guys. Went to the housing department in Van Nuys and discovered an estimated 50% contractor fraud rate!!!
