Overnight trip blowing up out of San Diego!!

Just thought I would share, the Voyager out of Seaforth Landing left tuesday night fished wed, and heard they returned to dock at 1030am on wed because they had hit there limits!! Here are the numbers for the past 2 days

Wed - Return
12 Anglers
55 Albacore
23 Bluefin Tuna

Thursday - Return
11 Anglers
8 Bluefin
11 Albacore
13 Yellowtail

Yeah....I thought I would take a shot at the albies and so I went. I just got back maybe 30 minutes ago from an overnighter on the Pacific Queen.

Not so great. Lot of troll fish....and they didn't want my iron at all. The yellows we caught were rats. Fluoro or/light light line was key....they also sank out quick when we did find them. Mostly onesies on the troll....if that.

Let's hope DeanHall32 does us proud....I passed him on the way in as he was leaving for a 1.5 on the chartered Relentless. They are planning on going 150miles out....we were at 73 at the furthest.
