    Default S.M.B = my firs W.S.B

    Ran out to the bay today got a late start at 11am looked around a few spot metered some fish but couldn’t get them to go ran to what I had decided was going to be my last stop did a couple of drift on the fist one got a short halibut made two more passes and on the fourth one I hooked up on my first White Sea Bass I thought it was a halibut until I got it to color then I saw the infamous stripe down the side, from the looks of it I knew it was not legal so I just gently pull him over the side pull the hook, took a picture with him next to the tape and let him go over the side so he can get bigger for another time. Didn’t think I would top that so I packed it in and called it a day at 5pm.

    Water clarity poor
    Water temp 64
    Waves sloppy
    Wind not great
