    This was posted on the wrong board/excuse the double post:

    I am going down there Friday, never fished there before, I have a new pole ready from Fathers day. Anyone suggest the right LBS on the line? The right lure/hook, and bate?

    Squid seem to work also mackerel.
    The best thing is to catch a fresh Mack and use it as bait.
    I live close by and visit quite often.
