Different lake... somewhat same story.
Threw morning dawn around the lake and got two solid hits, missed them though. I walked around the lake and eventually end up in the same spot where I got my bites, but this time armed with sexy shad robo. WHAM! Thought it was a cat, only jumped at the end. Fought for a solid 2-3 mintues. See green! and it's a solid size bass! Don't feel like a super detailed report so here is a pic, obviously edited for lame lurkers who keep fish!

I looks bigger because it's closer to the camera, therefore, making it look bigger than it appear.
I heard if your hand is bigger than your head you have cancer.
