    Default Late bassin report

    Went out twice last week on Tuesday and Thursday. Headed out to Oil Rig Emma looking for some bass as I have not fished there in a while. Didn't do too bag, water temp was a warm 65.9 and climbing! Bass were definately on the chew!

    Got a mixed bad of both sandies and checkers. Dropped the trolling motor and off we went around this treasure chest.

    Tuesday night met up with Blackmav, Greeper and Fishfinder. What a blast and a super bunch of guys!

    then they started jumping on the boat









    Then Thursday got an itch, called up Wang, Onemorecast, and BigEd and did a repeat. Got out to the Jetty and the coast guard was there doing a lift, aparently someone got hurt they did a heli-lift. Winds were high but we were going down wind so the ride there was not too bad. By the time we headed back the winds were down so ride back was nice. Water temp was about the same as two days prior. Man bass are fun!





    Batteries died but Onemorecast and wang have more pics.

    Without fail it seems you guys ALWAYS either produce some bass or rockfish on your boat!!!

    how close to the oil rigs did you get? We went out the other day and I think we got too close because an alarm went off???? We use to fish there all the time just drifting back and forth and never hear the alarm before. Is this something new or was the alarm for something else?
