I think Peck Rd. Is pretty ghetto or maybe its the people that hang out there that make it look bad. I remember back in the day (22yrs ago) a little lake @ the very top of Montecito Park. That was pretty ghetto, don't know bout now.

I know streams that are dirty. It sucks being its a nice ambient/nature. I would clean but would take me a month walking all the way down and clean.
